November 1st, 2 – 4 p.m. – “My Fair Ladies,” a themed Tea & Fashion Show @ Wyndham Grand Jupiter at Harbourside Place, 122 Soundings Ave., Jupiter. Drawing from traditions that date back to the 1800s, this fashionable social event combines modern couture with classic English customs. Dainty sandwiches, scones, clotted cream, preserves, cakes and pastries to please any palette. $100, which benefits the children and families served through the programs of The Children’s Healing Institute. November 3rd, 2:30 p.m. – Former NASA Astronaut Sandra Magnus Speaks @ the Lifelong Learning Society complex at FAU’s John D. MacArthur Campus, 5353 Parkside Drive, Jupiter. “Perspectives from Space,” will include Ms. Magnus’ personal journey to becoming an astronaut, her selection for the 1996 NASA class and the three space missions she participated in during her 16 years with the agency. November 4th – 6th – Feast of Little Italy @ Abacoa. The three-day family Italian street festival will have national entertainment, authentic food, festival rides and games, free wine and cooking demonstrations and lots more.
