September 9th, 5 p.m. – Food Truck Fridays @ Abacoa Town Center. Celebrate the start of the weekend with a feast from a truck! Enjoy music and culinary selections from local food trucks.
September 10th, 8 a.m. – Meet South Florida’s Butterflies @ the Delaware Natural Scrub Area, 47 North Delaware Boulevard, Jupiter. Experts from the local chapter of the North American Butterfly Association will explain native butterflies and the habitats they depend on for survival during a leisurely hike along well-maintained trails. Part of the Palm Beach County Department of Environmental Resource Management’s “Adventure Awaits” program. Click here for free registration.
September 11th, 7:30 a.m. – Ocean Warrior Challenge 2016 @ Jupiter Civic Center in Carlin Park. Who will be crowned the Ocean Warrior? WPA Sanctioned Point Race OC-1/Surfski, Elite, Recreational, Kids, Special Needs paddle board races. Watch the exciting Junior Lifeguard Exhibition with run-swim-run prone race and more!! Come compete or be spectator for an exciting afternoon. All proceeds raised will be donated to United States Lifeguard Association & The Stand Up Foundation come support a community coming together for a great cause. Music, vendors, food and more.
