Hello? Remember me?

Where does time go?

When I wrapped up my last blog post on Halloween 2016, little did I know that I wouldn’t be in touch with y’all again until the next March!

So much has been going on and I apologize for falling off the face of the earth.  Thank you to all my dedicated readers who encourage me to continue blogging and to ask for updates.

Here it goes…

P and I are getting married in 10 days!  Doesn’t it seem like just yesterday he was proposing to me at The Breakers?  Ok, yes, I know, it really doesn’t (that was 14 months ago), but on March 18th, I will be Mrs. P!

I am so excited to be able to share with you details about my “very JUP” wedding.  I tried my best to use local vendors and I hope that an upcoming post about our wedding will help other brides in Jupiter who choose to shop local.

So, until the wedding is over, I will remain radio silent… but after that I plan to be back with all things JUP!

If you’re looking for something fun to do this weekend, I recommend Art Fest by the Sea, taking place March 11 & 12 in Juno Beach.  Check it out on Facebook here.  It’s one of JUP Mama’s favorite annual events and I hope we get to stop by on Sunday after church.  And best of all, FREE admission!

Also, if you have an Instagram account, I recommend checking out @oldjupiter.  They have just posted the coolest 3-part video of driving through Jupiter on Indiantown Road in 1985 in comparison with driving the same route in 2011.  Look at all the trees in 1985!  No I-95, no 4 lanes – heck, there was hardly even traffic lights!

I’m still holding out for Doc Brown to invent the flux capacitor to make time travel possible, but until then these retro videos of Jupiter will have to suffice.

xo,

JUP Girl
